Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at artcloths Our online shop guarantees that our products will satisfy your needs as we have independent designers, high-quality materials, reliable production factories and, a responsible QA team, which inspects all products before packaging.

 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and receive a refund. Please contact us at support@artcloths.com, we will try our best to meet your request.

 Return Policy

-All purchases (except swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, and accessories) can be returned within 14 days after you have received the last package of your order.

-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

-The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Purchase not eligible for return

 -Clearance sale items are not eligible for return.

 -Swimwear, underwear, and panties cannot be returned or exchanged.

 -Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or is a wrong delivery.

 -You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

Any addresses on the parcel are not the return address, pls must contact customer service team to provide you a correct return address.

Fast refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Kind reminder: Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

Return/Exchange Process

1. EMAIL US
Contact us and explain the item you want to return and the reason for the return. Attach photos of quality issues.

2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS
Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with detailed instructions.

3. RETURNS THE GOODS
Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through the local post office.

4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED
Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

Order cancellation

 Your order shall be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of the purchase but before the shipment, a 15% cancellation fee shall be applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

How can I pay for my order with credit\debit card?

Please note that artcloths.com does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. To better protect our customers when making online payments by card you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone, or the bank issuer requires additional interaction, either through fingerprint, two-factor authentication, or similar methods based on authentication factors. My payment was declined when using with credit\debit card, what should I do?

1. Place your order again

If your payment has been declined, then you'll need to place your order again. We're not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

2. Make the relevant checks

To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:

Check the card details on your to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date .

Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card.

Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them or contact your bank.

If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card or another payment method.

3. Next steps

If your payment has been declined through the 3D secure security measures you’ll need to contact your bank for further information.

Whereas, if you've received an error message, please contact us with as many details as you can about the issue - including the error messages you receive, and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.
